Subject to these Terms, WPSwitchboard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our WordPress framework and modules for your website development projects.

2.1 Restrictions

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Redistribute or resell WPSwitchboard resources without permission
Use the Services for any illegal purposes
Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services
Scrape or collect data from our Services without permission
Remove copyright notices from our design resources

3. Account Terms

To use our Services, you must:

Create a valid account with accurate information
Keep your account credentials secure
Update your information as needed to maintain accuracy
Report any unauthorized access immediately
Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer lifetime access to our WordPress framework and modules. Payment is required in advance. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

4.2 Refunds

WPSwitchboard purchases are final and non-refundable after the initial 7-day period. If you're not satisfied with our Services within the first 7 days after purchase, please contact our support team. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Existing customers will not be affected by price changes as our plans provide lifetime access to the purchased resources.

5. Framework and Resources

WPSwitchboard provides a framework and modules for WordPress website builders. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our modules will meet all your specific requirements. Users are responsible for customizing modules to fit their specific needs.

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of your data or account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, design resources, and functionality, are owned by WPSwitchboard and are protected by international intellectual property laws. You may use our resources for your projects but may not claim ownership of the original resources.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your websites and projects created using our framework. By using our Services, you grant us permission to showcase your projects (with attribution) for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

8. Limitation of Liability

WPSwitchboard is not liable for:

Compatibility issues with third-party plugins or themes
Changes in WordPress functionality that may affect our modules
Service interruptions or data loss
Decisions made based on our design recommendations

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend Services for maintenance or updates.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to our Services and resources. You may continue to use resources already downloaded for existing projects, but may not use them for new projects.
